Senior Bowl Buys 500 Gulf Coast Classic Tickets
Mobile, AL. (Nov. 10)---In an ongoing show of support for the 36th annual Commonwealth National Bank Gulf Coast Classic, the Senior Bowl has purchased 500 tickets for this year's game. Senior Bowl President and CEO Steve Hale announced Tuesday that the tickets will be returned to the game's organizers for distribution to area youth so that they have an opportunity to experience the Classic.
"We are pleased to be able to support a long-standing Mobile tradition, such as the Classic," Hale said. "We hope by purchasing these tickets and distributing them to area youth we will encourage other businesses in the community to support the Classic."
The 2009 Gulf Coast Classic will feature Southern University against Alabama State University this Saturday, November 14th in Mobile's Ladd-Peebles Stadium. Kickoff is set for 2:30 pm.
As previously announced, fans wishing to purchase tickets for Saturday's game can do so at the Senior Bowl's ticket office at 151 Dauphin Street or at their new ticket outlet location in Mobile's Bel Air Mall. All tickets are $20 and are general admission.
The Senior Bowl ticket office is open during normal business hours (Monday thru Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm). The Senior Bowl mall ticket office is located near the main entrance of the Bel Air Mall next to the carousel. Gulf Coast Classic tickets can also be purchased at the Classic headquarters at 1616 Government Street and all Northside Check Exchange locations in Mobile.
Tickets for the 2010 Under Armour Senior Bowl are currently available for purchase at the Senior Bowl ticket office (151 Dauphin Street), select Regions Bank locations, online at www.seniorbowl.com or by calling (251) 432-4109.
