The 'Senior Bowl Superstar,' presented by IBERIABANK, is the Senior Bowl's version of 'American Idol.' The winner of the open competition gets to sing the National Anthem in front of a sold-out Ladd-Peebles Stadium on game day and also receives $1,000, courtesy of IBERIABANK.
After going through preliminary rounds, the finalists will compete on local Mobile television and the vote will go to the fans. In 2013, more than 100,000 people voted for the winner, nine-year-old Jones Colgrove from Demopolis, Alabama.
More information about tryouts and registration will be available here on December 20.
