Florida: Caught three passes for 39 yards with two going for a first down ... hauled in the only touchdown through the air on a 17-yard strike in the early stages of the third quarter to extend the Tide lead to 26-13 ... helped pave the way in the ground game by helping the Tide amass 251 yards on the ground, including 113 yards and three touchdowns by Ingram. Texas: Did not have a catch in the Citi BCS National Championship Game, but was an effective blocker in the running game as the Crimson Tide claimed their 13th national championship.
