CHECK-IN DESK/REESE'S SENIOR BOWL HEADQUARTERS

The Renaissance Riverview Plaza Hotel will serve as Reese's Senior Bowl headquarters. The Reese's Senior Bowl check-in desk is located on the second floor of the Renaissance Riverview Plaza Hotel.

THERE IS NO ON-SITE REGISTRATION. YOU MUST APPLY FOR CREDENTIALS BEFORE NOON CT ON THURSDAY, JAN. 17.

CREDENTIALS
There are two types of credentials.

'Game Week' credentials allow access to Reese’s Senior Bowl practices, Media Night and hospitality events. Game Week credentials are distributed at the registration desk on the second floor of the Renaissance Riverview Plaza Hotel beginning on Monday, January 21 at 10:00 a.m.

A GAME WEEK CREDENTIAL WILL NOT ALLOW ACCESS TO THE REESE’S SENIOR BOWL GAME.

WE DO NOT MAIL CREDENTIALS.

CREDENTIAL PICK-UP HOURS:

Monday, January 21    10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, January 22    6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, January 23    8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, January 24    8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

'Game Day' credentials are specifically for covering the Senior Bowl game and will grant access to the field and/or the press box.

YOU WILL NEED TO REQUEST ONE OF THESE GAME DAY PASSES:

SIDELINE PASS

For working photographers/cameramen. Provides access to press box during pregame/halftime. TV stations will be allowed to have one working assistant/runner. Individuals not serving in a working capacity will have their credential revoked and be escorted off the field.

PRESS BOX PASS

For working reporters. Will provide access to press box throughout game and sideline for final five minutes of the game.

Game day credentials will be available for pick-up beginning Thursday, January 24 at the check-in desk on the second floor of the Renaissance Riverview Plaza Hotel. Game day credentials will NOT be mailed. The hours of operation are as follows:

GAME DAY CREDENTIAL PICK-UP HOURS:

Thursday, January 24    8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday, January 25    8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, January 26    8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.**

**Please note that the registration desk will close on Game Day at 10:00 a.m. After this time, credentials will be available for pick-up beginning at 11:00 a.m. from the press will call table in the Ladd-Peebles Stadium lobby.

PRACTICE

All practices will be held at Ladd-Peebles Stadium and are open to the media. Photographers (both still and video) will be allowed to shoot practice on the field at Ladd-Peebles Stadium, but are asked to stay within the designated area (Northeast end zone and sideline between goal line and 25-yard line. Failure to do so will result in dismissal from the field. No tripods allowed on the field. You can use a tripod from the stands or behind the fence in either end zone and/or the entire East side. No photography from the West stands or sideline.

VIDEO USAGE

All media outlets are now allowed to shoot practice, however you are limited to two (2) minutes of usage of practice video per day and any practice video must be accompanied with either a graphic or verbal promotion that the game can be seen live on NFL Network on Saturday, Jan. 26 at 1:30pm CT.

NO FACEBOOK LIVE OR PERISCOPE VIDEO OF WEIGH-IN, PRACTICE OR THE GAME IS ALLOWED. Violators will have their credential revoked.

INTERVIEWS

PRACTICE: Players will be available on the field for 10-15 minutes following each practice. Please wait until a security official directs you onto the field. Coaches will be available upon request.

POST GAME: Following the conclusion of the Reese's Senior Bowl game, media in encouraged to go to the postgame media area instead of the field. REQUESTED PLAYERS will be available after the game in the postgame media area in the lobby, located on the bottom floor on the west side of the stadium. This will be group or one-on-one interviews, not a press conference setup. Requests can be made to a Reese’s Senior Bowl media relations official during the fourth quarter. South and North Most Outstanding Players and the Most Valuable Player will automatically be brought to the media area following the conclusion of the game.
LOCKER ROOMS ARE CLOSED.

MEDIA PARKING

Parking for Reese’s Senior Bowl practices at Ladd-Peebles Stadium is free and available on a first come/first serve basis. IF YOU ARE ONLY COVERING PRACTICE, YOU DO NOT NEED TO REQUEST A PARKING PASS. Media parking on Game day is extremely limited due to space constraints. Please make your request for Game day parking when you fill out an online credential request. Those approved for media parking will receive their pass when they pick up their game day credential. A media shuttle will be available from the Renaissance Riverview Plaza on game day every half-hour (see below).

MEDIA SHUTTLE

Those not granted a parking pass may take the shuttle, which will escort MEDIA and PLAYERS FAMILIES ONLY to and from Ladd-Peebles Stadium on game day. Shuttles will leave at 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. from the Renaissance Riverview Plaza hotel entrance off Royal Street and then take you back to the hotel following the conclusion of the game from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

NATIONAL SCOUTING WEIGH-IN

Media members are welcome to attend the National Scouting Weigh-In on Tuesday, January 22, from 7:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. The weigh-in is in the Exhibit Hall at the Mobile Convention Center. All photographers are asked to stay on either side of the chairs and out of the way of scouts, coaches, front office personnel and players. Please only photograph athletes from the waist up. THERE WILL BE NO INTERVIEWS AFTER WEIGH-IN THIS YEAR DUE TO ‘MEDIA DAY’ STARTING AT 10:45 a.m.

MEDIA DAY

Media Day will be held Tuesday, January 22, from 10:45 a.m. to 1:20p.m. at the Mobile Convention Center Exhibit Hall in downtown Mobile (same location as the weigh-in, just behind the main stage). The South team will arrive at 10:45 a.m., eat first, and be available from approximately 11:05 a.m. to 12:05 p.m. The North team will arrive at 12:00 p.m., eat first, and then be available from approximately 12:20 p.m. to 1:20 p.m. The media will be provided lunch during the event.

All players are scheduled to be in attendance, as well as both head coaches. This is your best opportunity for one-on-one interviews. Once players are finished eating, you are welcome to interview any player, or may ask a Reese’s Senior Bowl media relations official for assistance. Only working media members with proper credentials are invited to attend.

MEDIA HOTEL

There is no official media hotel for the Reese’s Senior Bowl. Most activities for the game are located in the Renaissance Riverview Plaza Hotel located at 64 S Water St, Mobile, AL 36602.

RADIO ROW

Radio stations wishing to broadcast LIVE from Senior Bowl headquarters must contact Ashley Lowe at the Renaissance Riverview Plaza Hotel by early January to reserve a spot. Spots are limited and will be assigned on a first-come basis. Ashley can be reached at ashley.lowe@grand1847.com. Radio row is located on the second floor of the Riverview Plaza Hotel. The Reese's Senior Bowl public relations staff will do its best in assisting stations in securing guests. Stations on site at the hotel are encouraged to email interview requests to rob@seniorbowl.com PRIOR to Reese's Senior Bowl week.

LIVE SHOTS

Television stations wishing to broadcast live from the Renaissance Riverview Plaza Hotel throughout game week must email rob@seniorbowl.com to reserve a spot. Please also be advised that parking for live trucks at Ladd-Peebles Stadium on Game Day is at a premium and will be available on first come, first serve basis. Live trucks should be set up in the southwest corner of the stadium. To contact the stadium please call Vic Knight at 251-208-2514.

MEDIA WORK ROOM

A media work room will be available all week in Grand Bay I of the Riverview Plaza Hotel (near the end of radio row). The work room will be equipped with wireless internet, a copier, phone lines and a fax machine.

INTRODUCTORY PRESS CONFERENCE

An introductory press conference will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, January 21 of Reese's Senior Bowl week the end of the west hallway at the Riverview Plaza Hotel. Executive Director Jim Nagy and two selected players will be in attendance. Because of the afternoon practice times, the Wednesday and Thursday afternoon press conference have been discontinued

SENIOR BOWL ROSTERS

Updated Reese's Senior Bowl rosters will be available on a continuous basis online at www.seniorbowl.com and each morning at the Senior Bowl registration desk. Or you can check the seniorbowl.com mobile site on your smartphone. It will have the most up-to-date roster available, as well as the Game Week Schedule. A complete roster will be released to all media outlets by noon on Wednesday, January 16.

PRESS BOX SERVICES

A pre-game meal and halftime snack will be served to all media members in the Ladd-Peebles Stadium press box on game day. Media members will have access to improved hard-wire internet access and a stat crew will distribute game statistics throughout the game. Several courtesy telephones will be available for working media in the press box. There is no space in the press box for photographers. Still photographers wishing to edit and send their photos can do so in the Ladd-Peebles Stadium conference room located in the stadium lobby (west side). The conference room is also equipped with wireless internet.

BOWL EVENTS

Media members are welcome to attend and/or cover several of the events during Senior Bowl week. The hospital and school visits, FCA rally and Reese’s Senior Bowl Experience/Meet the Players events are all open to the media. Please contact PR Director Rob Lehocky for more information on these events.
