Miller, Roland-Jones named Seniors of Week

Anthony Miller, WR, Memphis
The Memphis offense had a great bounceback on the road at UConn amassing 711 yards of total offense and scoring 70 points. Senior quarterback Riley Ferguson threw seven touchdown passes, four of them going to Miller. The Memphis-native and former walk-on tied his own school single-game record with 15 receptions and collected 224 yards. He had 12 catches for 157 yards and three touchdowns by halftime.

Ja’Von Rolland-Jones, DE, Arkansas State
Rolland-Jones entered the year as the Sun Belt’s all-time leader in sacks but hadn’t gotten to the quarterback until Wednesday night when he recorded his first two sacks of the season along with a forced fumble. Rolland-Jones took advantage of the weeknight game spotlight and finished with six tackles. He now has 32.5 career sacks, tying him with Myles Garrett and former Senior Bowl player Elvis Dumervil on the NCAA’s all-time list.

Reese's Senior Bowl Alumnus of the Week

Carson Wentz, QB, Philadelphia Eagles
Wentz completed 21-of-30 passes for 304 yards and four touchdowns as the Eagles trounced the Cardinals, 34-7. It was the 7th 300-yard passing game of Wentz's short career and already the third this season in five games.

Mobile Area High School Player of the Week

Devin Mitchell, QB, Fairhope
Mitchell completed 17-of-22 passes for 285 yards and three TDs as Fairhope beat Baker 30-14. The junior also rushed for 70 yards and a 12-yard TD.
