SENIOR (2018): Played and started 10 games at tackle for the Hornets, playing left and right tackled depending on the quarterback in the contest… Named preseason All-Conference at the beginning of the season on a vote by the league’s head coaches and sports information directors… A Senior Bowl invitee, Howard played against some of the best in the country at defensive end, allowing just one sack and grading out at an average of 90-plus for the season; while playing both left and right tackle… Missed final game of the season after a hand injury against Prairie View A&M… Named First Team All-SWAC at the conclusion of the season… Named First Team All-SWAC by the Phil Steele publication, also earning the SWAC Offensive Lineman of the Year… He was also named an All-American by the publication… Howard earned Second Team All-American honors from FCS Stats, and First Team All-American honors from HERO Sports... The senior earned an invitation to the NFL Combine in March.

JUNIOR (2017): Played and started all 11 games at tackle... Led team in pancakes, and allowed just one sack ... Helped team win five of their last six games of the season.

SOPHOMORE (2016): Appeared in and started in seven games on the offensive line... Played in the first six games, before concluding the season against Grambling State.

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2015): Appeared in eight games... Started on the offensive line in six contests... Helped the Hornets average 373.5 yards per game.
