2009: Played and started in 12 games...enjoyed a standout senior season posting career-highs in tackles, tackles for loss, passes defended and forced fumble ...leads all defensive players with 11 passes defended and ranks fifth in the ACC in that category...finished fifth on team with 52 tackles...closed out the regular season with four or more tackles in six of seven games...recorded a career-high nine tackles (7 solos) against Clemson...forced fumbles against Maryland and Florida....tied for seventh in the ACC in the forced fumbles category...was used a kick return specialist in the final four games…recorded a season-high four returns for 87 yards in a Florida State victory over Maryland…appeared in 45 games over his career with 25 starts…regular special teams contributor throughout his career. 2008: Starter at cornerback in eight of 13 games...among the Seminoles’ top 10 tacklers with 26 stops…set a career high with seven tackles, including a forced fumble in a win over Clemson…career-best 39-yard kickoff return set up field goal for commanding lead in win over Colorado. 2007: Earned All-ACC Honorable Mention honors...named All-ACC second team by Rivals.com and third team All-ACC by Phil Steele...played in 12 games with five starts...earned a team and career-high six interceptions, which tied for the ACC lead in league play…recorded interceptions in five consecutive games, equaling the school record held by Terrell Buckley. 2006: Played in 12 of FSU’s 13 games...blocked a PAT against Clemson that was returned for a defensive conversion…returned a blocked PAT for a defensive conversion against Duke…made a season-high three tackles in the Seminoles’ victory over UCLA in the Emerald Bowl.

Hinesman Award winner as the most dominant Florida State player following the 2009 spring practice...also named the defensive MVP...four-star player and No. 16 cornerback in the nation according to Rivals.com as a high school senior at Miami Gulliver Prep...first-team 2A All-State selection as a senior after grabbing 11 interceptions and scoring 10 offensive touchdowns…a standout track sprinter, finished third at the state meet in the 100 and 200 dashes…chose FSU over Florida, Minnesota and Tennessee.
