Welcome to Game Central!  We have included all the important information below to help make your game day experience a success.  Remember, kickoff this year will be at 1:30pm CT!

PARKING

Access to the parking lots will begin at 7:00am on Saturday February 3rd. RV's may arrive at the stadium at 5:00pm the day before the game. All entry points into the University of South Alabama campus are labeled 1-9 with blue signs on the intersections as well as traffic control signs as you near each intersection.

Pre-Purchased parking passes will have your entry point noted on the pass. If you enter through the incorrect entry point you will be turned around and directed to the proper location.

You are encouraged to arrive on campus early to find your parking spot.

Entry 2 - Stadium Drive

  • RED Lots 201-206
  • ADA lots with service to any gate. The cost is $25. To reserve please call 251-461-1USA

Entry 3 - Jaguar Blvd.

  • BLUE Lots 301

Entry 4 - Mitchell Center Drive

Entry 5 - Student Services Drive

  • BLUE Lots 501-502

SHUTTLES & RIDE SHARE

Shuttles, ADA Assistance, & Ride Share

There will be 15 shuttles running throughout the BLUE lots across east campus beginning when the parking lots open at 7am.

ADA Shuttle

Those with ADA placards may park in Lot 201 (Entry 2 at Stadium Drive) and pay to park in this lot ($25). Golf cart transportation will be available to take patrons to their gate of choice. This service will be available post game as well from Gate 3.

Ride Share (Uber, Lyft) & Taxi Service

The drop off/pick up point for Hancock Whitney Stadium will be at Bebo's Car Wash, located at 6377 Old Shell Road. From there, you are a short walk from the front entrance of Hancock Whitney Stadium. There is no access for Ride Share or Taxi Service on campus for game day

TICKET INFORMATION

The ticket office, located outside the stadium between Gate 02 and Gate 03, will open 2 hours prior to kick off.

SENIOR BOWL FAN FEST

Presented by: Coca-Cola

Time: 9:30am 
Location: Southwest lawn outside Hancock Whitney Stadium 
Cost: FREE 
 
Senior Bowl Fan Fest is located on the southwest lawn of Hancock Whitney Stadium. This fun zone includes food, inflatables, yard games and other family-fun activities. This is also the location of the "Path to the Draft" Team Walk and is a great opportunity to high five the players as they enter the stadium at 9:15am.

TAILGATING

The Senior Bowls’ tailgating policy aligns with the University of South Alabama’s policy and is designed to create an enjoyable and safe game-day experience for customers and operations personnel while safeguarding and preserving University property and facilities. (See Tailgating Policy)  

Tailgating for personal entertainment and non-commercial purposes is permitted throughout campus on game day, subject to all other provisions of this policy and other applicable University policies. Tailgating set-ups may begin at 5 pm the day prior to game day. Areas are first come, first served. The University is not responsible for unattended items. Tailgating will begin when parking gates open on game day at 7 am and will conclude two hours after the completion of the game. RVs will be allowed on campus the day prior at 5 pm and must vacate campus by 12 pm the following day.

Glass containers and open fires are prohibited. All state laws and municipal ordnances apply. The University of South Alabama and the Senior Bowl are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced items. Fans are encouraged to dispose of all trash in receptacles around campus.

Premium tailgating can be purchased through Tailgater Concierge at https://www.tailgaterconcierge.com/senior-bowl. This offers a hassle free tailgating option including setup, takedown, and additional add-ons for your tailgating experience.

CLEAR BAG POLICY

Approved bags and items included:  

  • Bags that are clear plastic and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"  
  • One-gallon, clear, resealable, plastic storage bags  
  • Small clutch bags or purses no larger than 4.5" x 6.5".  
  • Seat cushions/Stadium Chair less than 16" (no pockets)  
  • One empty, clear plastic bottle   

Prohibited bags include:

Any non-clear bag including (but not limited to, see above “Approved bags and items”)  

  • Purses  
  • Diaper bags*  
  • Cases (camera, binoculars, etc.)  
  • Backpacks  
  • Printed pattern plastic bags  
  • Reusable grocery totes  
  • Mesh or straw bags  
  • Duffel bags  
  • Large totes   

*Items normally carried in a diaper bag must be put into a clear plastic bag for venue entry.

NOTE: There is NO ability to check bags at the stadium.

CASHLESS VENUE

Only credit cards and mobile payments will be accepted for payment during the Senior Bowl. This is to minimize points of contact for fans as well as improve speed of service. Fans can use credit cards or debit cards for purchasing parking, tickets, concessions, or merchandise. Apple Pay and Google Pay are available at select locations.

CONCESSIONS

For many patrons, eating stadium food is a cherished part of the game day experience. With that in mind, Hancock Whitney Stadium will offer great-tasting traditional food staples like hamburgers, hot dogs, and nachos as well as other local vendors.

No matter where you are in the stadium there’s also numerous beverage options including bottled water, soda, and domestic & imported beer. Please note, it is a standard policy to remove bottle caps from any bottled beverages.

SENIOR BOWL MERCHANDISE

Merchandise provided by TEAM IP

Pregame, there will be a merchandise tent located in the Senior Bowl Fan Fest area of the southwest lawn outside Hancock Whitney Stadium. Merchandise will also be sold on the East side of the stadium from a mobile trailer along with multiple interior locations around the concourse on game day.

STADIUM INFORMATION

Accessibility

Hancock Whitney Stadium offers numerous areas for accessible seating options at concourse level around the stadium. Please contact the ticket office at (251) 461-1USA for accessible seating requests.

ATM Machines

There are no ATM's inside Hancock Whitney Stadium due to the venue being cashless.

Animals

The University of South Alabama welcomes guide or assistance dogs utilized by the disabled or visually impaired. All other animals are prohibited. (See Policy)

Bike Parking

There is a bike rack on the north side of the Athletics Administration Building in Lot 311. You can park and secure bikes in this location.

Elevators

Elevators are only available for those with credentials to access the Club, Suite, and Press Levels. Entrance to the elevator lobby is across from Gate 4 on the west side of the stadium.

Emergency Evacuation

In the unlikely event of an emergency, the Hancock Whitney Stadium staff will utilize the public address system to inform our guests of the situation and any instructions as applicable.

First Aid Station

First Aid Stations are located on the east and west concourse at Section 110 and 128. There are also mobile medical staff throughout the stadium during events.

Guest Conduct

The Senior Bowl and University of South Alabama are committed to providing a superb, memorable, and exciting experience in a safe environment for all patrons. Anyone interfering with the event or disturbing other guests may be escorted from the stadium and could be subject to prosecution.

Lost and Found

If you have lost an item, please visit the Customer Service tent at the south end of the stadium near Entry 2. Any items will be taken to the University Police Department.

Restrooms

Hancock Whitney Stadium has six restroom locations on the concourse with a total of over 200 fixtures for women, 93 for men, and 6 for families/unisex. There are also restrooms located on the Club, Suite, and Press level in the Press Tower.

Search Procedures

In the interest of guest and staff safety, a search process is required of all guests to prevent access of any unauthorized and prohibited items into the stadium. Guests who refuse to submit to either visual or touch searches will be refused entry. Security Personnel and/or Law Enforcement Officers will conduct these searches. Guests in possession of unauthorized and/or prohibited items must discard the prohibited item in the proper receptacles or return the item to a desirable location of their choosing. Search sticks may be used to move items around, if necessary. Discarded and/or confiscated items will not be returned to guests.

Signs

Handheld banners, signs and flags are permitted in the stadium, provided they are not commercial, political, or offensive in nature. Banners may not be hung in the stadium and must be small enough to be handheld. Event security reserves the right to remove these items from your possession. Banners / Flags cannot be attached to a pole.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside Hancock Whitney Stadium at any time. This includes tobacco and electronic devices.

Weather Policy

Hancock Whitney Stadium events are "rain or shine." We recommend that you bring a light poncho, if it should rain, as umbrellas are not permitted into the stadium.

Wi-Fi

Public Wi-Fi is NOT available inside Hancock Whitney Stadium.
