• Accepted an invitation to participate in the Reese's Senior Bowl
• Co-recipient of the 2017 Robert P. Ufer Bequest presented to the player who demonstrates the most enthusiasm and love for Michigan, traditionally a senior
• All-Big Ten honorable mention (coaches and media)
• Pro Football Focus College Big Ten Defensive Team of the Week honoree after the game against Air Force (Sept. 16)
• Made two stops with one sack against Florida at the Advocare Classic (Sept. 2) and also contributed on special teams
