SOPHOMORE (2016): Unanimous Consensus All-American won the Ray Guy Award as the nation’s top punter … became Utah’s third unanimous consensus All-American by earning first-team All-America honors from Walter Camp, AP, AFCA, FWAA and Sporting News … also a first-team All-American by ESPN.com, Sports Illustrated, USA Today, Fox Sports.com, Pro Football Focus, Phil Steele and SB Nation … first-team All-Pac-12 … led the nation in net punting (44.63), giving the team a No. 1 ranking as well … led the nation and set a school single-season record for punts of 50+ yards with 30 … ranked second nationally in punt average (47.7) with  64 punts for 3,053 yards (long of 66 yards) … led the nation in punts inside the 10-yard line (17) and had eight punts at or inside the 5-yard line (1 at the 1-yard line, 2 at the 2-yard line, 2 at the 3-yard line and 3 at the 5-yard line) … second in the nation in punts inside the 20-yard line (34) and percentage of punts inside the 20 (53.13%, 34-of-64) … 47.7 punt average ranks third all-time in a season at Utah and 3,053 punt yards is fifth … did not had a touchback after the first game of the season (two total touchbacks) … three-time Ray Guy Punter of the Week (Sept 5, Oct. 10, Nov. 14) and two-time Pac-12 Special Teams Player of the Week (Sept. 5, Nov. 21) … in his first NCAA game, he was named the Ray Guy Punter of the Week and the Pac-12 Special Teams Player of the Week after breaking the school record for punt average in a game against Southern Utah (55.5 average) … landed five of his six punts inside the 20-yard line against Arizona with four punts of 50+ yards, including three at or inside the 5-yard line (5, 2, 1) … placed all three of his punts against USC inside the 20-yard line, including two inside the 10-yard line (3, 9) … downed three of his four punts against Arizona State inside the 20-yard line, including two inside the 10 (both at the 8-yard line), with two punts of 50+ yards … put four of six punts inside the 20-yard line against Oregon and booted three punts of 50+ yards.
 
PRIOR TO UTAH: Placed 30 of his 63 total punts (47.6%) inside the 20-yard line as a freshman at Santa Barbara CC in 2014 … averaged 39.8 yards per punt … long punt of 77 yards … averaged 45.6 yards per punt and placed five of his eight punts inside the 20 against Santa Monica … did not play football in 2015 … was on the reserves for Perth in the West Australian Football League in 2012 … two-year ACC Honorary Athletics Representative at Lumen Christi College (high school) from 2006-07.
