Jim Nagy took over as executive director of the Senior Bowl in June 2018 after spending 18 years in the National Football League. In his time in the NFL, Nagy worked as an area scout in the West, Midwest, and Southeast regions, as well as in a national scouting capacity for four years with the Kansas City Chiefs. He was a part of six Super Bowl teams and four Lombardi Trophy winning clubs (Green Bay Packers XXXI, New England Patriots XXXVIII and XXXIX and Seattle Seahawks XLVIII). Prior to his time in the NFL, Nagy worked for a sports agency in New York City representing NFL players and had various jobs in the media, including a consultant role on the NFL Today pregame show on CBS and writing his own football column in The Sporting News magazine. He graduated from the University of Michigan and his family has resided in Mobile, Ala., since 2007.
Sylvester Croom joined the Reese's Senior Bowl staff in May of 2018. He spent more than 25 years as an assistant coach in the National Football League, with nine different clubs. From 2004-2008 he was the head coach at Mississippi State University, where he was the first African American head coach in the history of the Southeastern Conference. He was named the SEC Coach of the Year in 2007 after leading the Bulldogs to eight wins, including a victory in the Liberty Bowl. Croom attended the University of Alabama, where he played for legendary coach Paul 'Bear' Bryant and later started his coaching career at his alma mater as an assistant under Bryant and Ray Perkins.

Sonya Wakefield joined the Senior Bowl staff in October 2003. She is responsible for Ticket Operations, Game Week registration, the Charity Run School Program and Program Sales. Sonya earned a Bachelor's degree in General Business Management from Auburn University and has lived in the Mobile area since 1996.

After working as an intern at the Senior Bowl, Lauren Fleming joined the staff full time in 2011. She coordinates all hospitality and community-related events as well as player travel and other logistics for game week. In addition, the Auburn University graduate handles all correspondence with Senior Bowl Committee members and various business duties.
